About the Coach

I’m Ari Laksmana, and I’m here to help you reach the success that’s inside you. I’ve been coaching and training clients for success for over 13 years, and have a string of success stories behind me. My philosophy is not aimed at coaching my clients on how to be successful, but coaching them the skills they need to capitalize on their own potential.

I am never satisfied with my work until my clients have achieved the goals that we set out together. It’s this determination and refusal to let anyone down that has become my hallmark in the industry. 

Experience & Education

I’ve worked for Multinational Companies from Education, Insurance, Financing, Software to FinTech Industry with over 5000 training participants, 200 coaching hours globally.

I've worked as an HR Practitioner with experience and expertise in Strategic HR such as Organization Development, Talent Management, HRBP, Learning & Development, Culture & Engagement, including Performance Management and Succession Planning.

With my background as a graduate of Global Business Strategic Management Master, English Literature, and Psychology Bachelor, I combine the knowledge, expertise, and experiences to my services as a Coach, Trainer, and Consultant.

Phylosophy

I believe we all have the power to change our lives within us. I also believe there is no shame in asking for help to deliver such change.
